WINTER WALK (Followed by Christmas-related refreshments, and the AGM)

Description: Enjoy a gentle, leisurely walk around the perimeter of the Country Park, under the leadership of the very knowledgeable Martin Singleton, from the Wickford Wildlife Society. Take in and enjoy the Winter delights that the Park has to offer. Then it's back to the Pavilion for Christmas-related refreshments - including mince pies and mulled wine - followed by the AGM, when you can have the opportunity to meet the committee members, put forward your thoughts and comments, and hence help to shape the future activities at the Park. Accompanied children welcome. Dogs on leads welcome for the walk.

Date: Sunday January 18th 2026

Venue: The Wick Country Park, starting by the Pavilion.

Time: 2 p.m.

Parking: If you travel by car, please park tidily within the marked bays that are accessible via the drive-way off the roundabout in Tresco Way. If you are able to do so, we encourage visitors to walk or cycle to the WCP; cycle racks are provided by the 'Staff carpark'.
Toilets: Toilets in the Pavilion will be accessible before the beginning and after the end of the walk,and whilst the AGM is in progress
